“FANTASTIC business…Absolutely phenomenal, 24×7 access, floors you could eat off, top security, super friendly staff, every convenience you could ever want from goods lifts to tons of trolleys etc, dockway, when you swipe in the lights turn on between the entrance and your unit, and it costs me the same as the dark squalid hole I previously rented at storage king in which all my stuff sat on a broken wooden pallet in a dark old building that was basically only open during business hours! Couldn’t ask for more, Store-it are the BEST, no exceptions!!!.”

From day one of arranging to move all my worldly possessions into Store It, they have been accommodating, professional, incredibly helpful and kind. “Great friendly service – the best I have had in a long time. Very clean facility with great access, and even lent us a trailer (for free) to move in! Trolleys and all the moving gear available and geat location… regardless of the facilities, the team in Ngauranga are outstanding right from the first instance. All very helpful with no issues, knew what they were talking about and nothing was too much of a hassle. Definitely reccomendstore-it to EVERYONE!!!!!.”

“Customer Service at its best and good value!!! I have used them a few times, other operators just don’t compare. Dry, moisture and temperature controlled, squeaky clean, pest free, spacious set-up, very secure, good loading docks, lifts, free trolley use. Fantastic service and support while I was overseas. Moving and being inbetween places can be very stressful, using Store-it made life a lot easier. I can highly recommend, as I have done to many friends who also used them.”

“Fantastic storage facility with the advantage of easy card access and security. I moved my items here from another facility after speaking with Rodney in the office. He showed us the units, explained how things worked and made it very easy. The price is much cheaper and the facility is easy to get to, great access and well lit. Paperwork was simple and we got to use the free move in truck, which made life so much easier. Add to that the card entry and easy all hours access and we wondered why we had not stored here before. A storage answer to all storage problems, warm, dry and easy access with loads of hand carts for moving items in and out. Overall I recommend that anyone who has storage elsewhere in Wellington should compare it to Store It. I have yet to find anywhere else that matches them on price and with the location and easy access this is the place to store.”
